The fault assessment is free. You receive a fixed-price quote within 24 hours of the unit arriving. Standard and high-priority repairs are no-fix, no-fee. Every repair carries a 12-month warranty and a full test report, and we will match a competitor's price.
The free fault assessment
When your unit arrives, our engineers assess it to find the fault. There is no charge for the assessment.
The fixed-price quote
After assessment you receive a transparent, fixed-price quote, sent within 24 hours of the unit arriving. The 24 hours runs from arrival, not from your enquiry. We do not list prices on the website because each job is quoted once the unit has been assessed.
No fix, no fee
For standard and high-priority repairs, if the unit cannot be repaired you do not pay. Emergency call-outs are different: a minimum fee is charged if an emergency repair is unsuccessful, to cover the out-of-hours work.
The 12-month warranty
Repaired units go back with a 12-month warranty and a full test report. The same 12-month warranty applies to the refurbished equipment we supply.
Price match
If you receive a lower quote elsewhere, get in touch. We will match a competitor's price.
How a repair runs
- Send us the equipment details through the enquiry form. You can attach photos or files.
- Send or arrange collection of the unit. Nationwide collection and delivery options are available.
- Receive your fixed-price quote within 24 hours of the unit arriving at our Bolton workshop.
- Approve it, and we repair, test and return the unit.
What if you cannot repair it?
On standard and high-priority repairs, no fix means no fee.
