Repair first, replace only when it makes sense
Remedy Industrial Electronics started from a simple frustration: too many drives, controllers and operator panels were being scrapped and replaced when the fault was a handful of failed components. A replacement unit can cost several thousand pounds and take weeks to arrive, while a component-level repair usually costs a fraction of that and keeps the machine's original configuration, parameters and software in place.
Today we repair equipment from most major manufacturers, from current models through to obsolete and discontinued units that no longer have a like-for-like replacement. Diagnostics, repair and testing all happen in-house, so we can stand behind the work rather than pass it down a chain of subcontractors.

You speak to the person who diagnoses and repairs your unit, so quotes, timings and technical answers come straight from the bench rather than through a call centre.
Everything under one roof
Booking in, diagnosis, rework and testing all happen on our own bench. Nothing is subcontracted out, so the work stays with the person who quoted it.
Straight about what is worth it
If a replacement or an exchange unit is the quicker route back to production, we say so before any work starts, even when that means less work for us.
